The restaurant were we experienced THE BEST
complimentary breakfast ever!!!

Khao Soi
I wasn't as adventurous with my food this trip. I found that I really liked this dish
and it turned out to be my 'fall back' menu item. If nothing else appealed...

Grilled chicken, with scrambled eggs, flat egg noodles in a lovely curry sauce,
topped with bean sprouts and some cilantro
Yummy!

While planning this adventure Glen mentioned that we should also include a 'trip to the beach' for some us time before we joined the tour. At first I was hesitant with trying to figure out which resort to pick, how much to spend, how far away to travel by taxi...etc... Brad mentioned in December that Mary and the kids were going to 'Rabbit Resort' for their Christmas break and would report back their thoughts.

Well turns out they loved it! So did we!!

In the picture below you should see two roofs near the edge of the right side/bottom facing the ocean, we were lucky enough to be in the first one.
