I created a fence clinging basket this year.
 I included these petite hangers and two types of variegated English ivy
Even though it was attached to the North side fence, the basket always seemed to be
out of water. Despite the moss that lined the basket and the daily early morning watering.
I will have to figure out a better solution next growing season
